Every session weaves breath, movement, and sound to invite radical acceptance and surrendering without rigid posture corrections. Alexander offers three unique sessions outlined below.
Kaula Tantra Yoga
Tantra: A Rebel's Path
TanDra Fusion
Every class is anchored in the foundational principles of breath, movement, and sound.
Kaula Tantra Yoga is a true "meditation in motion." Instead of forcing your body to its limits, we focus on melting into each Asana (posture) with ease.
This practice is an invitation to gently weave your mind and body together. We prioritise co-creation and celebrate your unique and divine nature in every single class.
While other styles of yoga may try to "correct" your form, push past your physical limits, or "kill your ego," Tantra Yoga empowers you to find exactly what works best for your body.
The Rebel’s Path: Leave the expectations behind. This is a practice with no boxes, giving you the radical freedom to be exactly who you want to be, guided by love and conscious awareness.
Radical Empowerment: Step into your personal authority. Together, we will explore profound prompts like "Who am I?" while uncovering your deepest desires. Learn to establish healthy boundaries and actively practice how to love, listen to, forgive, embrace, and protect yourself.
Cultivating Receptivity: Tap into the power of surrender. We will focus on nurturing your feminine energy, allowing you to be truly open to receiving. Learn to see beyond the human surface to recognise the profound love and beauty in yourself and in others.
TanDra provides a shared space to connect with universal myths and stories, allowing you to safely observe your own passions, trials, and limitations reflected in the play of others.
An Odyssey into the Wilderness: TanDra invites you to bravely plunge into the unknown, permitting you to meet your inner demons, tame wild emotions, and deeply feel your existence through the liberating power of play.
After exploring these untamed emotional depths, you return to the "temple" of your body to meditate, integrate your discoveries, and use these new tools to expand your personal growth and enrich your community.
Wilderness and theTemple
Ancient Greek drama and sacred ritual coexisted as mirrors for the human experience. On the public stage, practitioners exposed their wilderness, meeting raw emotions and universal myths through collective play and cathartic expression.
After stepping off the stage, practitioners retreated into the quiet temple of the body to integrate their discoveries. TanDra honors both spaces: exposing the unknown through dramatic play, then melting into meditative awareness.
WHO AM I?
Alexander
Alexander is a Yoga Teacher and has completed his yoga teacher training at Durga's Tiger School for Tantra, Yoga, Arts and Shamanism in Ecuador. His background includes a bachelor's and two master's degrees in Drama and Theatre Directing. TanDra was born after years of experimenting with Yoga, Drama Therapy, Drama and Tantra.
But Who Am I Really?
I did not consider myself spiritual for many years. In fact, I was avoiding and in some cases criticising most spiritual practices. It was only at a time of crisis in my life, when I was apparently in need of guidance, that (no surprise there) spirituality found me. It is as cheesy and cinematic as you might expect from any superhero movie (not implying that I am one).
What happened was that I quit my job and then started intuitively receiving messages about where to go next. I travelled a lot and started trying out practices and entering spaces that I would usually never step foot in. Of course, I judged them all, frustrated myself, and criticised everyone participating. But the resistance slowly started fading. I painfully, slowly realised that I can surrender and accept my present, instead of trying to feed my ego with grandiose visions of being better than anyone else.
I still can't say I am "spiritual," but I definitely know that I found beauty and comfort in my practice. I am not afraid to be open and honest (most of the time). Although it may still sound like I am praising myself, which a part of me thinks is wrong, I also think it is nice to finally put myself out there. I feel that I still struggle with moving on and letting go sometimes, and in no way do I believe that I am a superhero who needs to save everyone. I don't think you need to be a superhero to save anyone, anyway.
I have spent years researching my practice and I am finally at a stage where I feel that I would like to share my findings and explore our present together. My promise to you is that I take this very seriously, while still holding a bright smile and maintaining my humour and honesty with you, with the utmost respect to my practice and your time.
Alexander,
Conscious love xx
